Our products

Saltee sells coastal-inspired clothing and accessories.

Our products are printed to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. This means that when you place an order, your item is produced specifically for that order, then packed and sent to you.

We choose quality garments and, where available, eco-conscious, vegan-friendly, organic or recycled options. Product details, including material information, are shown on individual product pages.

Product images and colours

We do our best to show product colours, designs and details accurately. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, device settings or lighting.

Because our products are printed to order, there may also be small variations in print placement, finish or colour between items.

Sizing

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you order the wrong size, this is treated as a change-of-mind return rather than a faulty item, unless the product itself is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• There has been an obvious pricing or product error
• Payment is not authorised
• We suspect fraud or misuse of the website
• We are unable to fulfil the order for another reasonable reason

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

We do not charge extra for UK shipping unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce/WooPayments and their payment partners, including Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our website.

Delivery

Delivery is free on Saltee orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

As Saltee products are printed to order, please allow time for production before dispatch.

Delivery estimates may be shown at checkout or in your order updates. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to production times, courier delays, weather, busy periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If an order is delayed, lost or returned because the wrong delivery details were provided, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full information about returns, refunds, faulty items, damaged items, wrong items and change-of-mind returns.

For change-of-mind returns, you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in a resaleable condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where possible.

If the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personalised or custom products

If we offer personalised or custom-made products in future, these may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect.

Discount codes and promotions

From time to time, we may offer discount codes or promotions.

Discount codes may be subject to expiry dates, product exclusions or other conditions. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or refuse a discount code where necessary, including where there has been misuse or a technical error.

Intellectual property

All Saltee designs, artwork, logos, product images, text, branding and website content belong to Saltee or are used with permission.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute or use our designs, artwork, branding or website content without our written permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, or use the website in any way that could damage Saltee or other users.

We may suspend or block access to the website if we believe it is being misused.

Website accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen.

If we discover an obvious error in a product description, price, image, promotion or availability, we may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or amend an order.

If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms & Conditions or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include courier delays, supply issues, severe weather, strikes, technical problems, production delays or other unexpected disruption.
